Just made this tonight! Mm mm! Also added half cup of colby & 1/3 cup heavy cream along with broccoli florets to everything she did. Definitely a hit!

I add onions and a shredded rotisserie chicken, and peas/butter beans. It makes a huge pot it lasts forever

This recipe is older than me, lol it’s been around for ages. It used to be on the back of the soup can or the rice box. One of the two it was pretty much a staple.
