If I had to guess the forks end up in the trash when people clear the plates. My kids have been guilty of that more than once lol

This!!!! This is exactly why we sold our beach home. Our kids got older, it was harder to get “away” due to activities. When we did go over we felt like we were working on projects. Renters no matter how expensive the home, causing damage. It was a hard decision but we took the money and ran. 🤣

The rat race is real. We'd LOVE a new house. But aren't willing to give up any luxury we have now or work harder to have a higher mortgage that ultimately serves the same purpose. Learning to be content with what we have to have better experiences in life!

Girl! Sale that sh** and make your profit and go to the beach when you want to go! Just rent! The investment alone that you have in that property will help you with your forever home in Auburn and still be able to vacation when you want to!

I do enjoy the feeling of checking in and not having any stress as opposed to the ownership of the beach house. But it’s our future retirement fund. Hoping all the private beach mess calms down soon. And yes! Stop stealing my stuff 🤣

I don’t think they steal…I think they trash them! I looses folks here in my own house. When having guests we eat on “Chinet” I have found folks in the trash after plates are thrown away. 🤭

We have a condo at the beach that we use ourselves and rent out. It is very stressful. We are always doing projects during our time down there. Our kids (23&24) really don’t want us to sell it bc that’s where they’ve grown up! Tough decision!
