He's on the road 3 weeks at a time. When he's home, I get a break from cooking 3 meals a day and running our kids everywhere they need to be. I get time to be something other than just a mom 1 week a month because after he's done with his workday, he gets to enjoy peace and quiet the other 3 weeks. We split the mortgage, I pay utilities and groceries, he covers car payments, car insurance, cell phones.
