when I got to Washington we had nothing. saw a free couch ad on marketplace and the man was moving into a retirement home . he was retired military and gave me so many things. God bless you Don. I'll never forget.

I’m on Bragg too, the housing gave it away haha I wish I could do this cause I always see so many good things but I’m too scared of bedbugs/roaches/fleas to bring anything to my house. Have you ever had a bad experience with that?

They call it curb shopping, 9/10 times the base has a Facebook page where they post "curb alerts" and it's just a bunch of free stuff that they don't want to take with them

My buddies wife worked for the housing community and told him the trash schedule for each "village" and he'd wake up at 4am those days and drive around picking up things like this
