Maybe if some partners would help alittle at home and not expect the other person to do/fix everything including their life.... (laundry, house chores, take care of the kids... cooking, plus work) would be more time for self care, as bad as it sounds some partners are just a heavy load.

Guys. Sometimes people don’t see themselves gaining weight. It’s happened to me, it’s so easy to just go on a date and eat food all the time plus drinks and a lil treat. Then when you start to notice it’s hard to go back once you’ve already gotten used to it.
