Please look up hot water bottle safety, UK has fantastic recourses. Fyi hot water bottles should not be filled with boiling water. Check regularly for perishing.

Instead of wheat bag or hot water heating bags.. I bought electric hot water bag from chemist warehouse.. it stays hot for so long and I can just reheat it again using recharge chord .. so no trips back and forth to kitchen etc.. use it for work all the time during winters… ❤️best $40 ever spent ❤️
