@readysetjetset: [A D] Here are some of the top places I went that you’ll really want to save for later… ~ Blue Swallow Motel: the cutest little retro motor court motel right on Route 66 with an epic neon sign ~ Art City: a short drive from Tucumcari to this 40 acre sculpture park straight out of Burning Man ~ Dwan Light Sanctuary: a free prismatic art installation where you’ll be trying to catch rainbows ~ Indian Pueblo Cultural Center: museum exhibits, daily vendors selling native-made craft goods (jewelry, pottery, etc), and a cultural dance program on the weekends; also don’t miss their Indian Pueblo Kitchen for lunch! ~ Sandia Peak Tramway: take the tram up for epic views and when you’re at the top, you can grab a bite at their restaurant or grab a drink before you head back down To check out my full itinerary from my New Mexico road trip - all the spots in this video + where I ate, stayed, and more in Tucumcari, Las Vegas, and Albuquerque head to my @Steller profile!
