I would say the smart choice is to give a disclaimer, if any women want to try these to test the benefits they absolutely should, it’s great to take pro biotics or vitamins to boost naturally occurring things in your body HOWEVER strong or foul smells, itching, irritation, pain or burning sensations should always be checked first by your health care provider. These are not a ‘fix’ for some things that can be extremely harmful if left untreated. 💖

bacterial imbalance could be caused by your period being due/hormonal imbalance as well as it being a hot day etc. make sure your only using warm water to clean your foofs they are self cleaning
