@andrejcooksfish: Part three of my trip to the Seafood Expo 2025 in Barcelona, enjoying a fresh lobster salad sandwich with La Sirena and New Brunswick Deliciously Canadian at Park Güell. • Starring: New Brunswick Deliciously Canadian La Sirena Spain • Ingredients: 1 Canadian lobster (Homarus americanus) Vinaigrette: 1 finely minced shallot 12 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp white wine vinegar 2 tbsp crème fraîche 1/2 lemon zest & juice Chopped tarragon Salt & pepper Sandwich salad: 1/2 melon Lamb lettuce Toasted sourdough bread • Recipe: 1. Boil and clean the lobster as shown in this reel. Slice into medallions. 2. Vinaigrette: combine all ingredients and mix well 3. Lobster salad sandwich: in a bowl mix together the salad, melon and vinaigrette. Dress with the lobster chunks over a piece of bread.
