@mamaollie3: Replying to @Marty Ann the kettlebell challenge is 100 swings a day for 30 days but I added a few extra exercises to my routine. I am starting slow since I haven’t worked with weights or kettlebells in a long time. I also know I could use a kettlebell for the overhead presses but the kettlebell pushes on my watch and I don’t want to break the glass. For anyone starting out I’d suggest checking out @Amanda Brooke She has a great explanation on proper form.
