It’s actually cheaper than the fresh version (and you get more of it), plus there’s no waste. No more spoiled broccoli at the back of the fridge—just take out what you need when you need it. Nutritionally, it’s picked at peak freshness and frozen straight away, which helps it retain its nutrients. Broccoli isn’t the worst for pesticide residues, but if you like buying organic where you can, this is such a smart and affordable way to do it.
