After birth you CANNOT wear anything with boning it could cause internal bleeding 😩. Binding is just cloth with can be done as 2/4 weeks after natural birth and 8 weeks after a c section

My nurse brought me one in after birth! It just helps you feel supported and helps things go back into place! Just don’t wear it for super long and talk with your doc or nurse about recommendations!

My doctor gave me a binder after my C-section. they were nothing fancy and honestly I don't know how much they helped more than relieving strain. I wish I would have done research on something like this!
