I and I am not American but got an American driver's licence. And got a jury duty letter. I asked my US friend what. ? Her Mum said she is 50 and never got one. Panic. I wrote back Im Australian.

just because you are called doesn’t mean you’ll be on the jury don’t worry they call like 100 or more ppl and the lawyers will go through them until they both agree on 11 so they don’t always even finish interviewing everyone

I’m 36, got a letter summoning me for jury duty when I was 21. The day before I was supposed to be there, I got a call saying I didn’t have to go. Have never been summoned again 😆

Yes, you have to go. But, if you don’t feel at ease, show that you’re biased or uninterested during your jury pool, they let you go home. Let it be known: at the jury pool, you will be drilled with questions.

outta my 35 yrs, I only had like 4 sent to me in mail but never had to actually go. it is nerve-wracking but more then likely u won't have to go. hopefully that bring some ease

I’m a natural citizen have not been called for jury duty and am 40 years old. My wife has been called 3 times. Sometimes you just don’t get called.
