Olivia, I’m curious about your take then when companies come right out the gate saying they expect you to stay late often? I agree with you not bringing it up but what are your thoughts on companies like that? I found myself wondering what places EXPECTED me to stay late vs it can be my choice to

I’m currently moving from a a sales role to a branch manager role (still heavily sales focused) I was working for a flexible ASX100 listed company and now going to small business. I do see this as the right fit and scale for this growth in my career right now. I’d love to see you do some content that compares big corporate & smaller business. an interview is absolutely the place to ask about culture. desirable candidates are interviewing the company just as much as the company is interviewing the candidate.
