I had a violation, given a 24 point deduction and no quiz. It was my first ever violation, not even a warning. I reached out to customer support and they put a “ticket” then it said their decision was fair. I did a video on protein powder…. Don’t know how a video on protein powder turned into a 26 point deduction. You guys said it was because I was promoting “unhealthy” product. Now I’ve been stuck at 174 for 2 months with no movement

It sucks you lose 8 points for a mistake but never gain anything. I get sales and it never raises EVER been with the same number for months 😩

I continue to receive violations and continue making quality content and nothing is changing. You have to do too much for 1 point but barely do anything and loose 24…the list should be equal to what they allow us to earn back…lowkey whack

I cannot get the violation removed because I deleted video prior to receiving violation! I realized my error immediately and deleted.. 🤦♀️then I was violated. I have passed quizzes and made no additional content since.. and I’m still loosing points. Why??
