is 'when I can be bothered'? an acceptable time frame? 😂 sometimes it's a week, sometimes it's longer, sometimes it depends on which child has thrown up on them 🤣

I'm confused by people having all these rules or rigid timelines tbh. I wash mine when they don't smell or feel clean anymore, that timeframe can vary based on whether I've let the dog go on them/if it's been a sweaty night/if I've had a gentleman caller 🤷♀️😆

I change mine every six months, whether it needs it or not. I'm quite regimented like that.

also - no shame to those with disabilities ! i once went over a year without changing as i was essentially bedbound and kept adding clean sheets and blankets on top until my physical condition returned

I don’t know why people care what everyone else does with washing bedding, themselves, or changing pyjamas. Just live your life and do you!!!

My mum’s rule was always 2 weeks if only one person in the bed, weekly if there are 2 people. I still think it’s a good general rule.

I don’t know how some of these people kept up with the washing. I do towels once a week. Sheets every 2-3 weeks. Works for us. Family of 5

Hi Ann, please may you help — there was a smallish, somewhat pronounced soot mark on my white wall, so I thought I’d try and rub it off … but upon doing so, realised there was actually quite a large section of v light grey soot and so the more I tried to wash it off the more it spread and worse it got. I watched your video on, of course, but it was already a bit too late by that point…
