Today is day 30 for me. All clothes fit better. Hungry all the time. 70lb kb. 5 sets of 20 swings. Gonna keep doing them while daily adding other ballistic kb movements. Knee pain gone btw.

today is day 7, I went up from 10 to 15lbs, I actually feel really good. After working (usually do about 11k steps a day at work) I typically take about a 2 mile walk right after but started late tonight, so I added a few more things. I see a little difference, but I think it's more of an energy change for me!
