Yes, I unfortunately agree. I also had a Palm Harbor.My roof was coming off about a year in and they wouldn't fix it. I have put over $3000 just trying to repair it. Had replace all my floors. The customer service was not there. I had it for 8 yrs. I think the structure was better than most, and I loved the look of my home. But they could do better.
