Take zinc tablets (30-50mg a day), a good probiotic ,use aha 15% serum twice a week ,use la roche posay non fragrance gentle cleaner, use a good moisturizer ,use tretinion 2-3 times per week (day after the aha serum) and you’ll be good had the same problem a few months ago and now my skin is clear (aswell as eat well and drink water)

I have dealt with cystic acne all my life and once I started getting Botox in my forehead it completely cleared up on my forehead! When it starts to ware off I notice the breakouts again. Definitely the Botox!

Girl don’t do botox, jaw clenching is due to stress, might be the same thing with your hormonal imbalance that causes acne. I have acne due to stress as well. Focus on the root of the problem!! You are so pretty your eyes are like the ocean, acne will just go. Fight the stress not the acne!!!

It helped my acne when I got it done but since it wore off a month ago I’ve been dealing with cystic acne in the areas it was put in. I’ve never had it between my brown before now and really bad by my temples and it’s painful sooooo idk. Everyone’s skin is different though, wishing you luck girl!!🫶🏼
