I counselor named Mrs. Robertson at YTS told me the same thing one day and helped the beginning of becoming self aware… that anger is a secondary reaction for protection from the real feelings. We know (knew) how to deal with anger.. we knew it well.. I just did 36 straight. Life is good

this shit makes me cry. I spent a little time in CALI. It's unbearable to me to think what my Son has gone through. I'm in kidney failure & I can't bring myself to tell him. he already knows I was on life support twice. I don't want to wreck him & I need help with a mentor for him. I've reached out to a few people. All it takes is just 1. 1 to say, "I believe in you" you're valued",your life here is important", let's figure this out"!🥹he needs someone he can trust.
