We managed to book a slot for 1:30 but the key rings had run out well before then ( to be expected though!! ) but so happy with the t shirt, blueberry jelly lip glaze & a yummy donut.. Thanks @LANEIGE UK and the staff were super friendly 😊

Had the best time today! Loved the idea of the virtual queue, meant no camping, and I got to enjoy Covent Garden until my slot arrived. Really well organised and managed, got my gift bag and doughnuts within 20 mins of arriving to my slot. Perfect!

Loved it ❤️I so sad I hurt my foot on the way to the first pop up ..the system was good cz it removed the problem of mindless standing . I do think once they know how many people they have they should inform you
