Guys guys lets stop joking in this country. This sleep paralysis and it has nothing to do with spirituality. Pls pls pls. If you like sleep in the afternoon or at dawn with your front facing the ceiling and it will happen to you. But if you sleep with your front facing down nothing of such will happen. Your village people has nothing to do with this abeg abeeegg. Search about sleep paralysis on google for more insight 😩

It happens to me sometimes too. One thing I've noticed is that sleep paralysis isn't a demon thing; it actually happens when you don't sleep in a good condition or position that you're used to. For example, if you always sleep with the fan on every day and one night it's off due to electricity issues, you can feel uncomfortable sleeping and it can lead to sleep paralysis. So, to cut it short, it mostly happens when you're not in a comfortable sleeping environment. But it's okay to shout Jesus's name or pray when it happens, as it can provide comfort and reassurance.
