@sugarspiceddreams: homemade brookies🤎🍪 brownie recipe: 1/2 cup brown butter(113g) 1/2 cup brown sugar (100g) 1/2 cup granulated sugar(100g) 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract(5g) 1/2 cup of flour (60g) 1/2 cup of cocoa powder(50g) 1/4 tsp salt(1.5g) 1/4 tsp baking soda (1.25g) & chocolate chips combine butter, sugar and eggs and mix until you have a foamy pale yellow batter, then sift and fold in your dry ingredients and set aside. choc chip cookie recipe: 6 tbsp softened butter (85g) 6 tbsp brown sugar (75g) 2 tbsp granulated sugar (25g) 1 egg yolk 1 tsp vanilla extract (5g) 1/4 tsp baking soda (1.25g) 1 cup & 1 tbsp of flour (135g) 1/4 tsp salt (1.5g) & chocolate chips! mix together your butter sugar and eggs then fold in your dry ingredients, then layer the brownie batter & cookie dough baking tip: do not overmix the brownie batter! it can result in a cakey brownie instead of fudgy , also do not let the brookies fully cook in the oven it should be slightly fudgy and should set outside the oven. ( the top should be golden brown. ) bake at 350•F for about 35-45 minutes. ( depending on your oven & pan ) #brookie #brownies #cookie #Recipe #bakingrecipe #baking #fyp
