I scarred myself for 13 years. But I haven't done it for a year now and am undergoing therapy. But damn, it's so hard to wear T-shirts and not hide my arms. People often ask and judge, and maybe they're right, it's unpleasant for them, but I can't do anything about it. Even the doctor who draws bl88d from my vein for tests scolded me for them, without knowing the background. I'm so ashamed of these scars.
