Here’s another law: Engaging in behavior that leads to fear or unrest in a public setting. or create a situation that causes public alarm, under Florida Statute 877.03. Is disorderly conduct. You have a right to free speech but it’s against the law to yell fire and cause alarm and panic, which is exactly what he’s doing.

The Florida statue says “it is protected by the second amendment. A man can hunt and fish have a weapon, long rifle or other otherwise on him a piece officer does not have any rights to ask for fishing license, gun permit or anything like that a game warden does, and that is different from a police officer.
