To those who don't know, this man was a TYRANT. He worked people to the bone while he and his cronies lived lavishly. Romania's Parliament is the one of the largest buildings in the world because he made it as his personal palace, forcibly relocating a lot of people from their destroyed homes. After he was overthrown, there was found a golden toilet inside his personal residence.
