gut-healthy brekky bowl 🥔🍳 POTATOEZ: (I like using one full bag of fingerling potatoes) 1. Steam potatoes until they’re fully cooked and you can poke through with a fork 2. Remove from heat and then cut into little pieces or quarters 3. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cover, then place in freezer 4. Once frozen remove and put them in a bag (the separate freezing helps so they won’t stick together in this portion) 5. When you’re ready to cook, add to a baking sheet with olive oil, salt n pepper 6. Bake at 425 for 25-30 mins in oven or 15-20 mins in air fryer (done when golden brown and crispy!) 7. SERVE PERFECTLY CRISPY YET SOFT AND GUT HEALTH POTATERZZZ!! My brekky bowl deets: - crispy potaterz - scrambled eggs in ghee - greens with dill - cottage cheese - saurkraut - avocado - olive oil, flakey salt & pepper WHY COOLING THEN COOKING??? ⭐️feeds the good bacteria in the gut allowing it to flourish & thrive ⭐️produced short chain fatty acids which can be anti inflammatory & work to seal the lining of the gut + benefit cellular health ⭐️lowers glycemic index all of this supports overall gut health and diversity of microbiome health!
