See I’m not jealous. I just get this overwhelming sense of abandonment and rejection. Like my FP secretly likes them more than me and I’m just a spare. It makes me feel like as they get closer my FP will throw me away and stop caring about me. Like they’ll just forget about me and move on when I’m still right here. Waiting. Hoping they still like and love me. But fearing that one day they won’t anymore. That they might even end up hating me as their bond with the new person grows. I fear that the new person can and will replace me no matter how hard I try. It makes me feel inadequate. And my fears are all things I’ve actually experienced so I think my fears are semi-valid but they’re still my fears. My problem. Not my FP’s. So when my former FP’s did eventually leave, even fulfilling my fears in the process, I just let them. Because they don’t have to stay. As much as it kills me inside. They don’t have to. I always get jealous and punish them in some way, sometimes I will be cold to them or I'll stop talking to them for a while just so they pay attention to me. I wish I could just think rationally but people always end up leaving me

I don’t necessarily get jealous I just feel like I’m replaceable and unloveable all the time in general which is my own problem to deal with, not my fps. My fp is a wonderful person who deserves to be friends with anyone they want. I’m not gonna forbid them from having other friends, but whenever this happens my body language gets noticeably different and I go completely mute and I feel so bad because I know they notice it and it looks like I’m upset with them bc they have other friends/the attention isn’t on me (when really I’m just dealing with my own thoughts internally and trying to calm my thoughts down, I’m not upset with my fp at all) but it’s probably stressful for both parties

Yea now we aren’t bestfriends we were inseparable sitting with eachother everyday at school going to her house every week and day of last summer and now I got replaced so idc anymore I’m havent talk to anyone Ik the whole summer and I’m not planning on talking to anyone at school idc anymore she was my soulmate not in a romantic way it’s just I was the happiest with her so made me so happy when everyone didn’t really talk to me I use to be friends with these popular girls I were close with we don’t talk anymore and she was always left out so we started talking more right and yk what she dose she stops talking to me and hangs out with them more then leaves the friend group and dosnt talk to me and replaces me with someone else so yeah idc anymore I have no purpose or meaning to anyone and school and have no reason to go school anymore
