Answering your questions: no this was not a brand partnership. They don’t have social media. We paid full price. They were responding giving suggestions to fix/repair until recently. Going to give it a try and fix but I agree it’s not good! I haven’t asked for a refund or any compensation. If I can’t get these fixed my attitude about it may change ;)

I personally think it would be better to spend your time and money replacing the stairs with the same material you used on the new fence. I honestly was surprised you didn’t use it from the start. I always heard It’s maintenance free and can withstand harsh weather such as extreme heat and rain. Just a thought. 🥰

Idk how you’re so calm and the fact they’re not responding anymore and you haven’t even asked for a refund, compensation or the job redone is appalling!! It’s absurd and the job on the back steps specifically look horrendous and shotty

Just an idea since you wouldn’t see it anyways, maybe drill some holes through all of them with a huge drill bit and add some metal rod reinforcements to the landing
