With the spicy scenes giving you a complex, just to reassure: we don’t expect men to have that refill time, strength, or wings. But one of the ‘fantasies’ of romance is that a man *cares* if a woman feels pleasure during and takes the time to try and learn how to do that for her. So if you’re doing that, you’re better than most other men, the bar’s in hell there too 😂

the way it was described to me, and i feel it’s so true.. is acotar is a romance novel with fantasy elements. throne of glass is fantasy with romantic elements! so, acotar def feels lacking for the most part as a fantasy reader!

I think what we have to keep in mind is that it's feyres pov which means we understand the world as she does (thats why the first book is SO VAGUE) . and that's also one of the reasons the author feels so different, feyre is developing.
