please explain how a commercial court [ cf. U.c.c. titles] obtains a warrant, which can only be authorized by a judge in an article three court AFTER a grand jury foreman instructs him to do so. all complete with the multiple affidavits

Sadly, cops are on the street that don’t know the law and don’t understand the Constitution. That is a failure in academies as well as public schools not teaching the Constitution.

You can't enter without a warrant... Its not complicated and if they had a legit reason, a judge would approve the warrant in mins... so them not asking for one proves they are up to no good!!
