My son just moved out they kept his he lived there 6 yes said the carpet need to pulled because he had dog. The carpet was not new and full of pet hair when he moved in. Now they are saying they had to paint it

My daughter going through the same thing landlord claiming for repairs but no receipts now going to court ones we showed the moved out video show nothing wasn’t damage plus we paid a professional painter. Left the house like brand new move in ready he still didn’t return deposit the judge will be on her side🙏🏼

Security deposit with interest. The security deposit has to be in a bank account, and gain interest .

going to court to get my deposit back but now they can pay 3 times the deposit now/ didn't get no notice as to why they keeped my deposit or no deposit with in the time frame 30 to 60 days.
