@alejandromatias674: Yoga Poses I Do Every Day (and why you should too): • Downward-Facing Dog: Lengthen your spine, press through your palms, and open up your shoulders + posterior chain. • Child’s Pose: Sink your hips back, reach forward, and let your body reset. • Pigeon Pose: Square your hips, extend the back leg, and melt into the stretch—great for glutes and hip mobility. • Lateral Lunge: One leg bent, one extended. Point the toe up—feel that deep stretch in your adductors. • Tailor’s Pose: Soles of your feet together, knees wide. Opens up tight inner thighs. • Runner’s Lunge: Front leg at 90°, back leg straight. Drive your hips forward. Add a reach to open the side body. • Malasana (Deep Squat): Feet out, spine tall. Amazing for your hips, knees, and ankles. • Dancer’s Bridge: One leg extended, one bent. Lift your hips. You’ll feel this from quads to chest. These poses keep me mobile, strong, and grounded.
