If a cop directs a driver to pull their vehicle over and the driver refuses and just drives off, the standard operating procedure in the Law Enforcement Police Powers and Responsibilties Act states that the officer is required by law to chuck their breathalyser at the vehicle.

Everyone in the comments hating on the cop. But if you read the description you will read that the cop was sitting on the side of the road checking speeds in a SCHOOL zone. No driver should be driving aractic in a school zone
