There’s actually science behind why dairy = less tasty matcha. The high protein content binds with the catechins in matcha, which means less flavour is expressed & u miss out on its full depth & complexity… u end up having to use more matcha for the same flavour profile u would get from an alt milk !

dairy litterarly kills the healthy bacteria in the tea that ur wanting, so if u ad milk then ur no longer drinking matcha for health or benefits just for flavor, same goes with all Tea (from the teaplant) 🥺with that beeing said, enjoy ur tea as u like!
