If we’re honest air b&b’s are the main cause of house prices going through the roof in these areas. Locals can’t afford houses, I don’t blame them to be honest.

It’s not about the tourists it’s about no accommodation for rent for their own people because greedy investors buying properties and renting only as holiday homes again we have greed and it’s the same in Ireland

I think some of yall missed the part where it was only AirBnBs that FAILED TO COMPLY WITH LOCAL LAWS. You can still go there and rent a holiday place, just not an illegal one anymore
