I’m so SICK of all of this stuff. It gets overwhelming. Everyday, there is a new item, ingredient, etc. causing us harm. If I didn’t have faith in Jesus, I would be crazy.

First of all, don't eat prepared foods they are toxic. Secondly avoid foods that are stored in plastic and tinfoil. Thirdly, don't microwave foods. I reheat my leftovers on a glass pie plate in my oven. If you must buy food that comes in plastic packaging, transfer it to glass jars.

I can understand not using them to heat stuff in the microwave or put hot things into the Ziploc bags but to take like frozen food or things that are not hot in Ziploc bags to me. it's the heat causing the seepage not just everyday things. am I wrong?

if you drink water from city or rural water the pipe that is used to carry the water to your home the pipes are made from polypropylene and polyethylene plastic. I know this because I install this stuff.
