I'm afraid there's a population that want the phone calls even if it's just to yell at you. My mother is one and she still blames me for her not getting 4 mil and a Mercedes from PCH cause I took the phone away and had a rant. She really just liked being told she was beautiful from a scammer😏

I used to work in a bookstore. A lady once looked me dead in the eye and said “I keep getting phone calls telling me I won a trip, how do I get them to stop”. I told her the calls weren’t coming from us. She said “so you can’t stop them”? My filter failed me that day. I replied “I don’t know why you would think that I could”.
