If the food allergies and letting her destress don’t pan out, it could always be environmental allergies since she’s in a new environment! Our cat with seasonal allergies also got these bald spots.

It’s probably stress. My cat was licking herself bald when we first adopted her. After a few months she settled in and she stopped.

my cat was over grooming and was balding bc of stress and you can get supplements for that but my cat did not do well with them and got scabs all over her body and we had to put her on a prescription food and stop giving her the supplements bc she might have been allergic to them

my cat would get this and it was from both food allergy and stress! you can also switch to paper-based litter in case since some ingredients in litter can cause allergy the same way food does. it also could be if she's exposed to new things in her environment, like plants pollen etc, since its new to her in hawaii and she might be allergic to it

I had a cat who had similar coat pattern as your cat and her hair would fall out like this too, it would almost look like little hair plugs that fell out

My cats started balding and it turns out it was because the were rubbing their heads on their scratching pad and it was causing skin irritation

my cat started to have bald patches and he was licking them. They did blood work and the blood cells were off. they said it could be stress or a skin parasite so they gave me stuff to try for the parasite and it cleared it right up!

my cat has really bad allergies & sometimes just flares up in the same spots, she gets a steroid shot at the vet when it flares & it goes away a week after usually!

idk if ur even gonna see this but my cat gets bald spots too from my cats playing too rough with each other. i put a cone on him to prevent him from scratching it and making it worse and the scar goes away and the hair grows back! (also love u so much🫶🏽 hopefully miss girl is ok!)
