My OCD gets triggered a LOT during my luteal phase and am struggling rn. I’ve been seeing everyone talk about the benefits for PMDD (I have it, hence being more triggered in my luteal phase). But it is so nice to hear someone else with anxiety and OCD saying this works for them. Thank you for making this post. I just tried Pepcid for the first time 5 minutes ago. Wish me luck!
