I am 2 years post multilevel cervical fusion with adjacent disc rupture above fusion. My PT had me do these chin tucks, immediate spasms ans couldn’t function for 2 days… building neck muscle after fusion is so hard. Moral

strengthening shortened muscles does not help. you need to focus on the opposite of forward, I don't have time to explain but this is wrong. think tummy time for adults and you'll be in a better spot
