engine speed is what dictates hertz. If it is running at 1500rpm then it will be in the 50hz range. If it’s running at 1800rpm it should be in the 60hz range. Flipping the switch mid run isn’t going to change that. Turn off switch then restart.

Hey that volt selector switch only changes what the gauges are looking at be it leg to leg or leg to neutral. I highly recommend never ever turning the selector switch while running or you may let the smoke out of it.

Hey boss I think your range for the multimeter needs to be at the 20k position. At the 200 position the .4 would be almost equivalent to 3k maybe more. Just a thought.
