Hyundai needs to go back to the drawing board with their gauge cluster themes/ customization. There 2021-2023 models had way better looking & more content shown in those themes.

I have an ioniq5 and an ioniq6 that both have this, I came from a car with a manual transmission and I got used to this really fast, it’s not that complicated.

It helps if you think of it as turning it the direction you want to go. So forward for drive, back for reverse. That’s what helped us get used to the Kia version of this

Nobody asked for this. The big mechanical console shifter stick was so instinctive it needed no eyes to operate. But Hyundai loves the hate they get.

As someone who works at a Hyundai dealer, I can assure you, you get used to it quickly and it’s super easy to use and really conveniently located.

I drive both a Ioniq 5 (same shifter) and a Lexus with the knob shifter, it's not that hard to go between them... people are afraid of innovation. By moving the shifter there it frees up a lot of center space.
