Hi! I just bought my Dyson and can't find a tutorial for first time use. What are the lights should be? When I plug it in, the power button is blinking, 1 white light at the bottom and 3 red light. Should I use it? I'm confused with the sticker on the outlet, and the seller can't fully demo it bc he does not speak english. 🥲 Can someone help

It’s not just voltage that you have to watch out for. It’s also the hertz. Both Philippines and Korea have 220V with 60Hz so the Dyson works perfectly if you bought it in Korea & use it in PH. The device is rated for 220V - 240V. In the UK, they have 230V but hertz is 50, which means that it will operate in a slower capacity and eventually it might break.
