How about when arriving on scene going and finding out exactly what’s going on and making sure what’s going on is in fact legal and constitutional instead of coming up letting whatever is going on to continue and putting yourself in harms way of law suits ect. If in fact it’s unlawful or violating someone’s rights than you’ll know and can attempt to stop it and remove yourself from the situation or atleast on the right side of the law!
