Most job listings are now telling us not to reach out to anyone now. At least in my field and it’s frustrating. I use to do this all the time and it worked and now they don’t want you to 😭

Use surfe to find emails! They have a free version, they are a sales tool that connects with LinkedIn and you can find a verify peoples work email and phone numbers easily! Hunter.io and contact out are other good sites. Apollo.io also has a free version you can use for this

I have no shame - I’ll email whoever I have to get my resume seen by an actual human. Worst thing they can do is ignore you, which happens anyway when you apply on LinkedIn
