When I was in Vienna I hated the new side of the city it was so boring, grey and very depressing to me. Oh but the old part of the city... protects it at all costs, it's so beautiful.

I had a feeling when I went that I would see more old stuff. And I don’t mean like 1700-1800 neoclassic buildings, I’m talking REALLY old stuff. I think I saw like 1 street downtown with really old buildings. Is it because of WWII bombings?
