@jeeves_ny: Dryer sheets, and fabric softener, are a bit of an outdated waste to me. I don't really recommend them as they're usually used incorrectly. In essence, they're paper towels treated with fabric softener. So, if you're already using fabric softener, dryer sheets are overkill. I'd use one or the other. Plus fabric softener / dryer sheets should never ever ever be used on garments you want to absorb water or sweat. Think gym clothes, sheets, undergarments, towels, etc. They have some use, like on sweaters, which can help protect fibers to prevent pilling and premature damage.
