PB&J PROTEIN BARS 🍓🥜💪 I made these PB&J protein bars to have as a snack this week, and they are SO good! These bars are high in protein + fiber and are the perfect healthy snack to keep in the fridge! I used my favorite @Promix Nutrition Madagascar Vanilla whey protein powder in this recipe! I love it because its made with clean ingredients and adds the perfect sweet vanilla taste 🍦 You can use my code ✨CLAIRE✨ for 10% off Promix! Makes 10 servings: ~219 calories, 10g protein, 27g carbs, 9g fat each Base/Crumble: - 2 cups oats - 1/2 cup Promix vanilla protein powder (discount code ‘CLAIRE’) - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter - 1/4 cup honey - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/3 cup almond milk or water Filling: - 2 cups raspberries - 2 tbsp chia seeds - 1 tbsp honey How to: 1. Blend oats into oat flour. 2. Add to a mixing bowl with protein powder + salt. Stir in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. 3. Add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time until a thick dough forms. I find it easiest to mix with my hands! 4. Press 3/4 of the dough into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan. 5. Warm raspberries in a pot on the stove, then mash and stir in chia seeds + honey for the jam layer. 6. Spread jam over the base, then crumble remaining dough on top. 7.
