Cortisone is a joke 🙄 I have had frozen shoulder for over a year. Physical therapy and nothing is helping.

my shoulder was to the point I thought I needed surgery. I was in so much pain, and could barely move it. I started taking Magnesium and it helped SO much.

😖 My shoulder locked up for months and doctors kept brushing it off. Then I read The Meno Reset Protocol by Olivia Wells and realized it was tied to menopause. Since then, I’ve made small changes that eased the pain and gave me my mobility (and sanity) back. So grateful.

How about estrogen progesterone? Cause that's the cause of the pain.

I got it immediately after I had my hysterectomy in one shoulder. It took 10 weeks of physical therapy and a year for the pain to stop. Later I got it in the other shoulder. Very painful when trying to sleep.

Immediately Quit sleeping on your side. Get a reliable chiropractor that does muscular myofascial and uses a pressure wave device. Not snap crackle pop

How do you get an order for PT? Most docs (PC & OBGYN) don't recognize it.

I had frozen shoulder out of nowhere for two straight years. I went though 4 rounds of PT. Started getting cortisone shots. I had to get on estrogen for other symptoms and my frozen shoulder disappeared within a week. HRT has changed my life.
